HOUGHTON, J. -- Richard L. Walmer appeals from Superior Court rulings on summary judgment determining (1) that he is barred as a matter of law from receiving benefits under certain provisions of the Industrial Insurance Act, RCW Chapter 51 (the Act), and (2) that those provisions of the Act do not violate constitutional principles of equal protection. We affirm.
